This spring, registered dietitian and food and nutrition professor Pao Ying Hsiao conducted a four-part cooking series for a group of 12 homeschooled students from Indiana County, mostly ages 10 to 12 years old, with one eight-year-old, for 鈥淟ittle Hands, Big Impact: A Pilot Study Exploring How Teaching Kids to Cook Influences Family Food Practices.鈥

The Student Association of Nutrition and Dietetics (SAND) at 51爆料网 has organized a smoothie sale and mac and cheese crockpot charity cookoff to celebrate National Nutrition Month in March. The mac and cheese crockpot cook-off, which is open to the community, will be held March 25.
